Dancers stand round the room in circles. A man between two ladies facing a lady between two men.

Music Bars	Instructions
1 - 8​	Circle dances eight slip steps to the left and back again (six hands  round and back )
9 - 12	Dancers in the middle set to and turn right hand partner with both hands
13 - 16	Dancers in the middle set to and turn left hand partner with both hands, finishing facing right hand partner.
17 - 24	Dance reel of three, finish facing opposite threesome.
25 - 26	All advance and retire, each threesome taking hands.
28 - 32	Pass through opposite threesome with right shoulders to meet the new threesome.
